1. Who we are

ADSPERFECT OÜ (“AdsPerfect”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a company registered in Estonia. We provide web development, search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid advertising services. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. The data we collect

• Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use this only to read and reply to your enquiry.
• Technical data. As with most websites, our hosting and security provider automatically processes limited technical data — such as your IP address, browser type and the time of a request — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
• No tracking. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking of any kind.

3. Google Ads and Google user data

We operate our own Google Ads manager account (MCC). Where a client asks us to run their advertising, and with the client’s authorisation, the client’s Google Ads account is linked to our manager account. Through the Google Ads API we then access that account’s campaign, performance and account data.

We use this data only to create, manage, optimise and report on advertising campaigns for that client. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not:

• sell this data, or use it for any purpose other than providing the advertising service the client engaged us for;
• use it to serve advertising to any other party;
• transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the service, for security or legal reasons, or as part of a merger or acquisition; or
• use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

A client can revoke our access to their Google Ads account at any time by unlinking the account from our manager account or by contacting us.

4. Why we process data, and our legal basis

• To respond to an enquiry you send us — on the basis of your consent and/or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / (b)).
• To provide our services to clients under an engagement — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the website secure and running — our legitimate interest in protecting our service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and appropriate safeguards:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security.
• Resend — delivery of the email generated by the contact form.
• Zoho — our business email inbox.
• Google — the Google Ads platform and API, in respect of client advertising accounts, as described in section 3.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Client advertising data is retained for the duration of the engagement and handled according to our agreement with the client. Data we must keep for legal reasons, such as accounting records, is kept for the period the law requires.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@adsperfect.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon,aki.ee).

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Credentials and API keys are stored securely and are never exposed in the website’s code.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
